Every enquiry answered in minutes. In your voice.

An agent that reads every email to your business, checks your diary and price list, and drafts a reply in your voice within minutes, at any hour. You approve it with one click.

Slow replies lose work.

An enquiry is often lost not to a better offer, but to a quicker one.

  • The quote that goes out three days late.

By the time yours arrives, they have said yes to whoever answered first.

  • The booking request read on Monday morning.

A table for ten, sent on Friday night, booked somewhere else by Saturday.

  • The returning customer left waiting.

Three days of silence on a simple question, and a regular starts to wonder.

  • Nearly 7×Firms that tried to contact a potential customer within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify the lead as firms that tried even an hour later.
  • 42 hoursThe average time taken to respond to a web enquiry, in an audit of 2,241 US companies (among those that replied within 30 days).
  • 23%The share of companies in the same audit that never responded to the enquiry at all.

From your address to an approved reply.

The agent reads, sorts, checks and drafts. A person decides what goes out.

  1. Step 1: Your own address

sales@ or bookings@ on your domain. Your email stays as it is.

  2. Step 2: Read and sorted

Enquiry, quote, booking, customer, supplier or spam.

  3. Step 3: Details pulled out

Who, what, when, budget and deadline.

  4. Step 4: Checked against your tools

Prices, diary, bookings and past jobs.

  5. Step 5: Drafted, then approved

In your voice. One click to send.

Watch it work.

Pick an inbox and watch an email become a reply, ready for a person to approve.

The AI inbox connected to your other systemsThe inbox agent sits in the middle, linked to your email address, website chat, knowledge base, CRM, calendar and bookings, meeting notes and your team. The website chat and the inbox read the same knowledge base. Six numbered steps follow one customer across these systems; each step is listed in full below the diagram.123456

    You stay in control.

Customers trust your inbox with their plans, money and details. A person stays in charge throughout.

    • Drafts by default

Nothing is sent until a person approves it. You choose what, if anything, sends on its own.

    • Approved senders only

Anything touching money, accounts or personal records needs a sender you trust, and a person.

    • Emails are information, never instructions

A line like “ignore your rules” is read, never obeyed. This guards against prompt injection.

    • A clear hand-off

Complaints, large orders and sensitive matters go straight to a named person.

    • Your domain, your data

Mail and records stay in your own tools. Export or switch off at any time.

    • Every decision reviewable

Built with UK GDPR in mind. Each label, draft and hand-off is logged with its reason.

    How we set it up.

Typically a few weeks from the first call. Pricing depends on your email volume and the tools we connect, so we agree it once we have seen your inbox.

    1. 01

      Map your enquiries

We agree what each kind of email should get back.

    2. 02

      Connect your tools

Inbox, calendar, booking system, price list and CRM.

    3. 03

Write the rules in your voice

Tone, sign-offs, what it may promise, who gets what.

    4. 04

      Two weeks in draft mode

Every reply waits for approval while we tune the rules.

    5. 05

      Auto-send for routine replies

Only when you are happy, and only for what you choose.

    The things people ask first.

    Something else?

Do I need a new email system?

No. You keep Gmail, Outlook or whatever you use now. We add an address on your domain, often a free alias that forwards from your current inbox, and your team carries on as before.

    Will customers know it’s AI?

That is your decision, but we recommend a short line in the signature, such as “Replies are drafted with help from our assistant and checked by our team”. Unless you let routine replies send on their own, a person approves every message.

What if it gets something wrong?

In draft mode a person sees every reply first, so a mistake is corrected in a click. When it is unsure, the agent hands the email to a named person rather than guessing, and we update its rules so the slip does not repeat.

    What does it cost?

It depends on how many emails you receive and how many tools it connects to. Book a call, tell us about your inbox, and we will come back with a clear price.

    How long does setup take?

Typically a few weeks, including two weeks in draft mode. We give you a timeline once we have seen your enquiries.

Does it work with our website chatbot?

Yes. With one of our chatbots, the website chat and the inbox share one knowledge base and one CRM, so a customer gets the same answer whether they type or write.

Answer every enquiry while it’s still warm.

A 30-minute call. Bring a few recent enquiries and we will talk through how the agent would handle each one.
